Hi there and Welcome to the new home of the Ohhh Emmm Geee recipe series and everything that comes next.

 

What a whirlwind the last 3 weeks have been. Such an amazing opportunity I was offered and to land here on a page with my own name seems like something out of a dream.

 

When you see beautiful plating and pictures on here, know that they’ve been created by the amazing Megan Bourn, the #1 newborn photographer in Tasmania. I’m sure plating food is much easier than plating newborns, though she seems to do both with complete ease. I am in awe of her talents and The Caramel Collection, nor this site, would be what they are without her.

 

My intention here is to be relatable and relevant to you, and I’d love to know what you’d like from me, so please leave your suggestions below. I need to share with you, I’m not a fancy cook, but I’m really passionate about great tasting food, using simple and easily accessible ingredients.

 

You may notice some old favourites making an appearance on here, as well as the arrival of some new creations that I hope you and your family will enjoy producing and devouring just as much.
